Returns and refunds of trading cards, box sets, and gift cards

All sales of cards, box sets and gift cards are final. No refunds will be given and no returns will be accepted on these items.

Returns and refunds of all other items

For all other items aside from those listed above, we have a 14 day return policy from the date that the item was received. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, in its/their original packaging, and be accompanied by the original receipt from Kooky Collectives.

Requesting and processing returns

To process a return, send an email to returns@kookycollectives.com. A representative will process a return and provide a return number. Returns must be sent to our return facility in Tampa, FL.

Exchanges

Kooky does not currently accept exchanges.

Refunds

Once accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the bank to show available funds in your account.
